(Woodland, CA) – December 5, 2022 – On December 1, 2022, 26-year-old Woodland man, Robert Nesbitt, Jr., and 46-year-old Knights Landing man, Michael Crow, were arraigned in Department 1 of the Yolo County Superior Court on criminal charges arising from the theft of a catalytic converter on West Elliot Street in Woodland, CA. Both men pled not guilty to all charges including Grand Theft, Vandalism, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, and Tampering with a Vehicle. Crow also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two prior strike convictions. Nesbitt was charged with committing the theft while out on bail for a separate crime. Both men are out of custody on bail and will be in court next, for a Pre-Hearing Conference, on December 16, 2022.
