(Woodland, CA) – On April 8, 2022, Jeffrey Lee, a 36-year-old resident of West Sacramento, was charged with first degree murder and allegations of use of a deadly weapon and a prior serious felony conviction.
On April 5, 2022, at 2:40 p.m., West Sacramento Police Officers and Fire Department responded to an intersection in West Sacramento for a report of an injured man, who was later pronounced deceased by medical professionals.
Lee was arraigned on April 8, 2022, at which time he plead not guilty to all charges and allegations. Judge Stephen Mock ordered Lee to be held on no bail pending a bail hearing scheduled for April 19, 2022, at 1:30 in Dept. 1. A preliminary hearing was also scheduled for April 22, 2022, at 9am in Dept. 7.
