(Woodland, CA) – February 12, 2026 The Yolo County District Attorney has filed charges against 46-year-old Sacramento resident, Leonid Terzi, for the theft of a large number of beehives that had been reported stolen from the central valley of California.
Terzi has been charged with one count of Grand Theft when value exceeds $950, and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, with an enhancement that the crime involved planning, sophistication and professionalism, and that crime also involved the taking or damage of great monetary value. He will be arraigned on February 13, 2026, at 1:30 pm in Dept. 1 of the Yolo County Superior Court.
