(Woodland, CA) – May 5, 2023 – The Yolo County District Attorney has filed two murder charges and one attempted murder charge against 21-year-old Davis resident, Carlos Dominguez. The charges relate to the stabbing deaths of Davis residents David Breaux and Karim Abou Najm, and the attempted murder of Davis resident Kimberlee Guillory. Breaux was killed late on April 26, or early in the morning of April 27. The attacks on Najm and Guillory occurred on April 29 and May 1, respectively.
A Special Circumstance for Multiple Murders has been alleged which makes the case eligible for either Life without the Possibility of Parole, or the death penalty. The decision regarding whether to pursue the death penalty will be made at later date.
Dominguez will be arraigned on the charges today at 1:30 in Dept. 1 of the Yolo County Superior Court.
