UPDATE: Multi-Agency Gang Sweep
Operation Silent Night resulted in seizures of over 50 firearms, over 7 pounds of methamphetamine, over one kilogram of cocaine, over 500 grams of opiods and over $70K in cash. Over 30 individuals were arrested as part of the sweep.
The majority of individuals arrested will be prosecuted in federal court and their next court date is April 26, 2018, at the Robert T. Matsui Federal Courthouse, at 500 I Street, in Sacramento, CA.
Yolo County has multiple potential defendants. Final charging decisions are still pending on multiple cases in Yolo County, including at least one case involving a juvenile.
Today, in Yolo County at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. 1, Nicholas Cital will be arraigned on charges of felon in possession of weapon and ammunition with enhancements for prior prison commitments.
Arrestees Rogelio Madrigal & David Presiado have bailed to appear on March 13, 2018, at 1:30 in D-1.
