(Woodland, CA) – May 29, 2024 – On May 24, 2024, Lysandra Dasilva, 31, of Davis, Nathan Orr, 30, of Davis, and Cheyenne Xiong, 20, of Hayfork, were arrested on suspicion of vandalism, after an act of vandalism occurred on UC Davis campus.
The Yolo County District Attorney has filed felony charges against all three including: one count of Vandalism, and one count of Conspiracy to Commit a Misdemeanor, with an enhancement that alleges that the manner in which the crime was carried out indicated planning, sophistication, or professionalism.
Dasilva and Xiong were also charged with a one count of Resisting or Obstructing Public Officer, Peace Officer or Emergency Medical Technician.
Dasilva, Orr & Xiong will be arraigned on the charges today at 1:30 pm, in Dept. 1 of the Yolo County Superior Court.
