(Woodland, CA) – March 4, 2015 – Yolo County District Attorney Jeff Reisig announced that his office has filed a formal criminal complaint against 23-year-old Samantha Green, of Woodland CA, alleging felony charges of Involuntary Manslaughter and Abusing or Endangering Health of a Child, with an enhancement for Infliction of Great Bodily Injury Upon a Child Under Five Years of Age During the Commission of a Felony, for her role in the death of her infant son. The arraignment on the criminal complaint is scheduled to occur on March 4, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. 9 of the Yolo County Superior Court.
