(Woodland, CA) – February 22, 2017 – The Yolo County District Attorney announced that charges were brought against 31-year-old Woodland resident Frank T. Rees in connection with the death of his infant son, Justice Rees. Baby Justice was 19 days old when he died from environmental exposure due to neglect on February 23, 2015.
At today’s press conference District Attorney Jeff Reisig discussed the charges filed against Frank Rees arising from the death of infant Justice Rees. A Yolo County jury convicted Justice’s mother, Samantha Green, of murder in September of 2016 for her principal role in the baby’s death.
